I love this photograph. It's a testament to the parts of our world that we forget, ignore, trample over. It makes me long for a better attention span – the energy, time and focus to see more in the world.
It’s both playful and important. Important because we so easily miss the things of value and exalt the unimportant. With short attention spans and busy schedules, we forget to see and celebrate the tiny, sometimes obscured delights. And we forget to do work that makes the world just a little bit brighter.
